Publix Style Buffalo Chicken Dip
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ to ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any mild cheese)
  • Tortilla chips, crostini, and/or celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and about half (it doesn’t have to be exact) of the mozzarella cheese. Spread into a 2 quart baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, crostini, or celery sticks.
