Instructions
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. Add lime juice, yogurt, salt and pepper and mash with a fork until mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with a dash of paprika.
To serve, sprinkle a dash of vinegar over the cucumber slices. Serve avocado dip with cucumbers, carrots and tortilla chips.
